HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shop and select your preferred types and quantities of the items and click ADD TO CART. Once you are ready for checkout, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the screen, fill in your information and select delivery or pickup options. Once your have completed the order, we will process it within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent.

You can include a name or wishes on the cake, kindly indicate at the ADD A NOTE section at your CART.

Upon request, we can also include a complimentary gift card with a personal message.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, you would need to create an account to shop at kualalumpur.mandarinorientalshop.com.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation. Please refer to the "Privacy Policy" section for more information.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Currently online payment is accepted via VISA and MasterCard.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

There is a minimum order of MYR 50 for delivery service.

No minimum order for in-store pick up.

CAN I PERSONALIZE AN ORDER / PURCHASE?

Any special request (gluten-free, vegan, no eggs, no nuts) to be indicate at the ADD A NOTE section at your CART. Orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

CAN I MAKE A BULK ORDER / PURCHASE?

Orders that are more than 10 items of the same product are considered bulk orders and are subject to availability. Bulk orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit card monthly statement.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO? DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT RATES FOR DIFFERENT AREAS?

Currently, we only deliver within Malaysia, Klang Valley area. For information on delivery charges, please refer to the "Delivery or PickUp" section.

CAN I DELIVER MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can deliver one order only to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Refund, cancellation or changes to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation.

The online cake shop for Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur ("MOKUL") is operated on a platform hosted by Shopify Inc. ("Shopify") at kualalumpur.mandarinorientalshop.com ("Shopify Website"). You are now entering the Shopify Website so you may access the MOKUL online cake shop. Accordingly, you will be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to enter the Shopify Website, please click the cancel button.

Any personal information ("PI") you supply while visiting the Shopify Website is voluntary but if you choose not to supply your information then you may not be able to access or obtain the services requested. Your PI will be collected by or transferred to Shopify and/or MOKUL to process your service requests. If you have any questions concerning your PI held by MOKUL or Shopify, or if you would like to request access to or correction of your PI held by MOKUL or Shopify, you may contact mokul-cakeshop@mohg.com or privacy@shopify.com respectively.

By placing an order to purchase items from the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur ("Hotel") online cake shop, you confirm your agreement to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group ("MOHG") Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing of your personal information by MOHG and the Hotel, including the collection, retention and usage of your name, contact details, other personal information (which may include sensitive data, e.g. medical conditions), transaction data and demographics ("PI") in order for MOHG and the Hotel to provide you with the requested services.

You have the right to request access to, correction and deletion of, and withdrawal of your consent to processing of, your PI by contacting MOHG's Data Privacy Officer by email at mokul-DataPrivacy@mohg.com or by post at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Any PI you supply is voluntary but if you choose not to supply your PI then you may not be able to access or obtain the services requested. For the purposes of providing you with such services, MOHG and the Hotel will share your PI with MOHG's global network of companies and the service providers that assist MOHG with administering your PI, which may be transferred to, processed in and stored at a country outside your country of residence (including outside the EU/EEA).
